VISION STATEMENT
All transition age youth/young adults with disabilities in our community will develop the necessary life skills to prepare themselves for successful futures.
MISSION STATEMENT
To connect youth/young adults with disabilities and their families to community resources; empower them to strengthen advocacy skills in order to navigate their life plan.
MEMBERSHIP of Hennepin CTIC’s
Membership includes representatives from:
- Special education
- Career and technical education
- Regular education
- Community and/or adult education
- Post-secondary education and training institutions
- Consumers with disabilities who have received transition services
- Parents of youth with disabilities
- Local business and industry
- Rehabilitation services
- County social services
- Health agencies and
- Public/private adult service providers
- Students
